InvisiTrack's solution is based on technology that the Company developed itself over the past five years. It is not a modification or incremental improvement to existing systems. Its overall functionality is derived from three complementary and proprietary innovations, each of which represents a significant improvement to the state of the art in RF tracking and location. The Company protects its technology with an extensive US and foreign patent portfolio.
InvisiTrack technology can be used to build a freestanding system or can be combined, in the form of a small chipset, with existing location platforms such as GPS, Wi-Fi and WiMAX. InvisiTrack LS requires no fixed infrastructure. InvisiTrack is also uniquely positioned to take advantage of the newly available broadcast television spectrum and can easily be integrated into products and chipsets being designed to utilize the new spectrum. This unique and disruptive technology has been demonstrated in extensive testing.
The Company now seeks additional partners to productize its technology and to bring it to market through licensing or through a strategic joint venture.
